Dr. Suah received his undergraduate degree and medical degree from the University of Florida. He also received his Master’s in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Georgetown University, graduating summa cum laude.
During residency, Dr. Suah focused on patient-centered care, medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and skin of color while training at Howard University in Washington, DC, VA Medical Center, Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Children’s National Hospitals. Dr. Suah continues to serve in a mentorship role at the Howard University Dermatology Residency Program.
Dr. Suah is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the National Medical Association, and the American Medical Association. He has published chapters in medical dermatology, peer review articles and featured in the Washington Times, Washington Post, Womans World Magazine and NBC News.
A proud native of the DC area, Dr. Suah was born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, prior to moving to Florida with his family. Dr. Suah has been recognized by his peers as one of the Washingtonian Top Doctors in 2022-2024.
